Plans are underway for this year’s MBCA Summer Mixer and Silent Auction! “The Sirens & Seamans Soiree” Summer celebration will take place on Wednesday July 27th\, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at The Pool at Harrah’s Casino Resort. \nNow in its 23rd year\, this highly anticipated event continues to benefit the MBCA Scholarship Fund. The MBCA has given over $280\,000 to deserving students and teachers in our communities. \nWe need your help to ensure this year’s event is the best one yet! We are in need of silent auction donations. Examples include: dining and store gift certificates; sports tickets and memorabilia; golf packages; concert or show tickets; art or sports memorabilia; entertainment venue packages; gift or wine baskets; use of vacation homes\, condos or timeshares; travel arrangements or vouchers; gym and fitness memberships; beauty/spa certificates; floral donations or gift certificates; night club VIP passes; art work; professional services; hotel-motel gift certificates; advertisement space in publications; and casino packages. Included with your donation\, we will require an item description\, as well as the total value. The deadline for auction item submissions is Thursday\, July 15th.
